The
Chamber Music Company is a multidirectional performance group. CMC
gives inspirational concerts of classic repertoire, runs festivals,
commissions accessible new music, promotes music theatre and cabaret
and combines with musicians from other disciplines.
The core of CMC is vocal and instrumental - soprano Patricia Rozario
and an ensemble of piano, violin, cello and clarinet. Run by pianist and Artistic
Director, Mark Troop, CMC has produced innovative and stimulating work
all over the world and currently runs four Festivals in the UK.
Whether playing a straight classical concert or commissioning new work
CMC's ethos is the same: crossing boundaries and opening up possibilities
for music in the 21st Century.
