CREATIVITY PASSION IMAGINATION CMC is a vibrant 21st Century chamber group. We believe that the widest musical experience should inform our work and it is that experience we wish to pass on to you, our audience. As a classical group we perform traditional repertoire with flair and imagination, setting familiar masterworks into fresh contexts. We explore and restore neglected masterpieces to their rightful place in the repertory. We search out relevant and accessible ways to promote and commission new works. Where we feel that a single event is not enough to express our aims, we create a whole festival! We started The Chamber Music Company to fill an imaginative gap in the UK music world. CMC now offers musical experiences for all tastes, from many different traditions.
